Among the members of the Clavis Group are top managers of banks, auditors, analysts, and lawyers.
Our Team consists of 18 members with various backgrounds in the finance industry.
With 9 nationalities represented, we are able to speak 15 languages and bring a combined experience of over 360 years to the table.
DAMIAN A. MÜLLER
Damian started his career in 2010 in the Wealth Management Department of UBS AG in Zurich and London. After leaving the bank, he joined his family-owned company in Switzerland and the board of a fund management company in Liechtenstein, before funding Clavis Partners AG. He studied Business Economics with a major in Banking and Finance at the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich (HWZ) and the University of Zurich (UZH). Furthermore, he is enrolled as a certified tax expert (STEX). His areas of expertise include portfolio management, financial engineering, and corporate structuring. He is fluent in German, French, and English.
RONNY MÜLLER
Ronny holds a Master's Degree from the University of St. Gallen (lic.Oec. HSG) and is a certified public accountant (WP). After working for KPMG Fides Peat in Zürich he founded Müller und Senn Treuhand AG in 1993 and after that Müller Treuhand und Finanz AG in 1997. His areas of expertise include accounting and administration, tax advice, as well as company advice. He is fluent in German, French, and English.
NELA LINHART
Nela worked for one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic, where she was in charge of key-projects in the Investment Banking division. After working in one of the largest Private Equity Firms in CZ/SK she joined a large international Real Estate Company. She holds a Corporate MBA degree from Florida International University and a double degree in Business Administration and International and Economical Relations from the University of New York in Prague. Her main areas of expertise are Investment Banking and Real Estate. In her spare time she works with Venture Capital Companies. She is fluent in English, German, Spanish and speaks French, Russian, Slovak and basic Arabic.
DIPL. ING. ANDREAS TOSNER
Andreas has over 20 years of professional experience in private and corporate banking, gained in various banks, such as Société Générale, Bank Leu and Bank Hofmann in Switzerland.
His area of expertise lies especially in tailor-made wealth management solutions within the banking environment in Switzerland and the UAE.
Andreas is fluent in Czech, English, German and Russian.
HANS ULRICH BON
Hans Ulrich has 25 years of experience as a seasoned trader focusing on the field of Equities and Options. He worked as a trader for Swiss and international banks where he advised large institutional clients and family offices.
Hans was a certified equity trader on the Zurich and Swiss Stock exchange and studied corporate finance and investments in Berkeley. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial markets, having started to work on the Stock exchange in 1989.
His areas of expertise include algorithmic and portfolio trading as well as fundamental and quantitative market analysis.
He is fluent in German, French, and English.

JOHN LOCHRIE
John started his career with Citibank in 1990 in the Private Banking division in London, Hong Kong and Geneva. He continued his career specializing in investment management, financing and structuring with Barclays Bank, Credit Suisse and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, focusing primarily on advising UHNW clients in Europe, Middle East, Turkey and Africa. His experience includes capital raising, M&A, advice on business and venture development. John holds a master's from the University of Edinburgh majoring in History and English literature and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Department of Economics at the University of Geneva. In his spare time, he teaches business and finance at the University in Geneva. John is fluent in English, French and conversational Portuguese and German.
DR. RADOVAN JAKUBCIK
Radovan has over 25 years of professional experience gained mainly in the international banking environment, both corporate and especially private one, in banks such as Dresdner Bank, UBS, LGT, where he managed client assets in several Central European countries. He has been building private banking in the Czech Republic for the past 11 years, launching Privatbank from the Penta Investments group. During his career, Radovan has built the trust and respect of clients, especially in the Czech market, which in combination with excellent knowledge of the needs of the local market and the use of his international experience brings our clients undeniable added value. Radovan speaks Czech, English, German and Russian.
ALEXANDER RUPERT FELSING VON DER VELLEN
Born in Spain, Alexander was educated in the UK. After 11 years as an Army Officer, he joined a highly regarded traditional British merchant and private bank in London in 1997 and since then has been Managing Director of 3 international financial institutions as well as gaining over 20 years of experience in US equity portfolio management. In addition, he has many years of expertise in corporate structuring and trusts & foundations. He holds a Master of Arts Degree from the University of Cambridge, where he was an Exhibitioner (Scholar).
He is fluent in Spanish, French, German and English and speaks Italian.
MARTIN MITÁNEK
Martin has over 15 years of experience in banking and finance. After his studies in Business Administration at the City University in Trencin, he started his banking career in 2005 in VUB a.s. Bank, which is part of the Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. He worked in various positions in Slovakia and Italy before becoming Desk Head in the Private Banking Department. After his career in banking he joined a Slovak Wealth Management company as a Senior Relationship Manager. His areas of expertise include next to wealth management, portfolio management and private equity.
Martin is fluent in Slovak, Czech and English and speaks Italian.
BARBORA JETMAR KOTTOVÁ
Barbora is our Marketing manager. She is a highly-skilled marketing and PR professional with more than 10 years of experience.
Barbora studied College of International
and Public Relations in Prague and holds Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
She speaks Czech, Slovak, English and basic German.
OLGA HÖNIGSCHNABL
Olga has over 20 years of professional experience on financial markets. After her studies at the university in Sankt Petersburg she moved to Austria and worked many years for international insurance company and later she started her career in an Austrian bank, where she was responsible for clients from Eastern Europe.
She has built a big stock of clients and enjoys their trust.
Olga is fluent in German, Russian and English.
ANDREA MILANOVIC
Andrea has completed her 3-year apprenticeship as a commercial employee with matura in the biggest telecom company in Switzerland. Afterwards she stayed there as an assistant to a project manager in the key account area.
After 5 years of professional experience, she changed the branch to a fund management company, where she supported the management as a right hand in all administrative areas and developed her flair for organization.
She is fluent in German, English and Serbian and speaks French.

MAG. ROBERT CUP, CFP®
Robert holds a Master‘s Degree from the University of Vienna (Mag.) and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He started his banking career in 1998 at Bank Austria in Vienna.
His over 20 years of experience in private banking (5 years as Desk Head of private banking CEE) he gained mainly in banks such as Anglo Irish Bank, Kathrein Privatbank AG, LLB Vienna, Wiener Privatbank AG, where he managed client assets in severla Central European Countries. During his career, Robert has built the trust and respect of clients, especially in the Polish and Hungarian market, which in combination with excellent knowledge of the needs of the local market and the use of his international experience brings his clients undeniable added value. Robert speaks Polish, German and English.
NELE DONZE
Nele has over 20 years of experience in the Private Banking environment in Switzerland and Monaco. After her studies in Business Economics in the University of Tallinn, she started her banking career in 1999 in banks such as Credit Suisse, SCS Alliance and UBS in Geneva, where she managed and developed customer’s portfolios mostly with Eastern European and Scandinavian countries.
Nele speaks French, English, Estonian, Russian as well as basic Finnish and Spanish.
DAVID OGANOV
David began his career in the banking industry in 2011 when he joined the team at Citibank Russia after graduating from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where he earned a degree in tax administration. After working there for five years and winning the EMEA Chairman Council contests in 2014 and 2015, David left his CPC RM position to become a private banker at Sberbank of Russia, where he exclusively served UHNWI clients. For the past five years, he has worked at Alfa-Capital Management Company as a team leader in the Wealthy Clients department, providing individual investment solutions to clients worldwide. David's areas of expertise include portfolio management, business planning, and market analysis.
In his spare time, David enjoys playing tennis and football. He is fluent in Russian and English and also proficient in German.
OLGA OBOTNINA
Olga studied mathematics at St. Petersburg State University in Russia, and holds a master’s degree from the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany. She also obtained the European Investment Practitioner certificate. Her professional career has involved multiple positions as relationship manager and desk head for Russia at leading European banks.
Her areas of expertise include holistic consultations for wealthy families and their companies.
She is fluent in German, English and Russian.
PAULINA BAROS
Paulina is our executive assistant, who brings on board her extensive experience in customer service and client management.
She excels in effective communication and is dedicated to building strong relationships and providing top-tier support to our clients.
Paulina holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and a Master's in Management and Sales Marketing.
Paulina speaks Polish, English and German.
SOFYA ASLANYAN
Sofya is our executive assistant with a dynamic professional background in administration. She studied at the Hotel Management School in Zürich, which is a testament to her dedication, impeccable organizational skills, as well as the fact that providing support and service effortlessly matches her innate ability to connect with people. Sofya is our right hand in all administrative areas, and she continues to develop her organizational talents.
She speaks German, English, Russian, and Armenian.
